OPEN STUDIO

Weekly public yoga and meditation classes. Choose an active, dynamic Vinyasa Flow class, a more passive therapeutic Yin class, or a balancing Restorative + Yoga Nidra class. All equipment is provided and each class is full of natural healing medicine for your mind, body and spirit.

WORKSHOPS

Awaken to the goddess or god within with wellness-based experiences and events. Ayurveda rituals, plant-based foods, sound healings, chakra balancing, cacao and full moon ceremonies, and kids yoga therapy are just some of the fun we’ve had so far.

Studio classes start from as little as $13 when committing to a class pass of five.
All equipment is provided and each class offers 75 minutes of natural mind-body wellness.
