Empower yourself with natural, healing tools for life with tailored one-to-one sessions.

A private session allows you to set specific and personal goals – whether that’s mobility, stress or pain relief, alignment, balance or tapping into the deeper wisdom of yoga and meditation.

No prior experience is required and I adjust our sessions to fit where you are at in your practice. I have worked with many clients over the last 3+ years, all who simply wanting to feel better in their body and mind.

Below are some of the disciplines that I’m trained in and which have assisted in my journey to wellness, and that I am available to share with you.

BREATHWORK + MEDITATION

 

Powerful pranayama and meditation techniques, mantra, mudra and Yoga Nidra to direct the life force, create homeostatis in the nervous system and access your still centre.

 

BIOMECHANICS

 

Meridian theory, advanced anatomy and modern movement combined with ancient yogic practices (Hatha/Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative) to find your balance between strength, and stability and yin and yang energies. 

PHILOSOPHY + AYURVEDA

 

Ancient 5,000 year old Vedic philosophy (The Yoga Sutras and The Bhagavad Gita) and Ayurveda diet and lifestyle rituals to access more energy, joy and purpose - no matter your age.
