Classes are open to all levels. Modifications, props and gentle hands-on assisting will be given to meet you where you’re at. Read more about classes to see which one might suit - active, dynamic Vinyasa or more gentle, passive Yin. list first.


Please enter riverside #19 Taupo Quay riverside of the Whanganui Community Arts building. Arrive 5-10 mins early to settle in. All equipment is provided. There's a bathroom to change and a kitchen with filtered water and organic tea on offer. Shoes, jackets and phones are left outside the studio room and the outside door is locked. Respect your fellow yogi's by keeping the studio room a quiet zen space. Cash or internet banking only.

 Talk to me about private one-on-one sessions to meet your specific needs – breathing, mindfulness, meditation, strength, mobility or pain or stress relief for example. I also work with corporates, sports teams and schools. 


Weekly public yoga and meditation classes. Choose an active, dynamic Vinyasa Flow class or a more passive therapeutic Yin class. All equipment is provided and each class is full of natural healing medicine for your mind, body and spirit.


Awaken to the goddess or god within with wellness-based experiences and events. Ayurveda rituals, plant-based foods, sound healings, chakra balancing, cacao and full moon ceremonies and kids yoga therapy are just some of the fun we’ve had so far.
